Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Plans
Collector plans: Collector ($9.99/mo or $99.99/yr) and Premium ($19.99/mo or $199.99/yr) — see what each includes. Your store shows local pricing. Subscriptions are purchased inside the iOS or Android app and billed by Apple or Google; subscriptions cannot be purchased on the web version.
Free trials
Where offered, the 14-day free trial is delivered through the App Store or Google Play introductory-offer system when you start a subscription. It converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel in your store settings before the trial ends.
Managing or cancelling
Because Apple or Google bill you, subscriptions are managed in your store account (the in-app Settings → Subscription tile takes you to your plan):
- Apple: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Google: Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
After cancelling you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account reverts to the free Explorer tier. Your data is never deleted by a downgrade — anything over free-tier limits simply becomes read-only until you resubscribe.
Restoring purchases
If your subscription isn't showing (new phone, reinstall, signed out): open any upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID / Google account that made the original purchase.
Right after a purchase or restore it can take a short moment for your new tier to appear — see Troubleshooting if it doesn't.
Refunds
App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Play order history), under their own policies. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription and haven't substantially used paid features, you can also ask us to help: info@atteste.art. Note: deleting your account does not by itself refund the remainder of the current billing period.
Gallery and Almanac billing
Gallery subscriptions are activated by code — see Attesté for galleries. The Almanac gallery assistant is billed separately as an in-app purchase — see Gallery tools.
