Presence & discovery
- Directory profile in the app's gallery directory
- Inclusion in AI Sommelier recommendations and Discovery Trails that route collectors past your door
- QR code attribution, so walk-ins from Attesté are visible
Inventory & exhibitions
- Artwork inventory with per-tier capacity (unlimited on Enterprise)
- Exhibition listings — 6 per year on Boutique, 12 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise
- Consignment tracking with artist splits
- Provenance request bridge to collectors, and Talking Provenance recording on Professional and Enterprise
Analytics
Visitor analytics are anonymous by design: metrics are aggregated and small samples are suppressed, so you see traffic patterns, top artworks, dwell time, and repeat-visitor trends — never an individual collector's identity. A collector lead pipeline (with full stages and notes on Professional and up) covers the collectors who choose to make contact.
AI marketing
- AI social post drafts — 10/month on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise
- AI follow-up email drafts and a content calendar
- Enterprise: AI artist reports and exhibition promotion pushed to taste-matched collectors (counts only — no collector identities)

The Almanac (add-on)
The Almanac is an AI business copilot for gallery owners — it answers questions from your own inventory, collectors, and exhibition data, drafts documents (emails, press releases, condition reports), and researches the art world with cited sources. It is billed separately from your gallery plan:

Enterprise priority support
Enterprise galleries have a contractual support SLA:
- First response within 2 business hours (08:00–18:00 SAST, weekdays) via priority-support@atteste.art or the in-app Priority Support tile
- WhatsApp line (shared in your welcome packet): 30-minute response in business hours
- Critical issues: acknowledged within 30 minutes on weekdays, with a fix or workaround targeted within 4 business hours — and a 15% credit on the next month's bill if we miss it
