3. How AI Outputs Are Used

AI-generated content in Atteste is always presented as suggestions that you control.

No AI system in Atteste makes autonomous decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. All AI features are assistive tools that require your review and confirmation.

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

You must understand the following limitations before using AI-powered features:

AI VALUATIONS ARE NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. Valuation insights are generated by a general-purpose language model, not by a qualified appraiser. They are excluded from portfolio totals, insurance summaries, and certificate valuations. Do not rely on AI valuations for insurance, sale, donation, or estate planning purposes. Always consult a qualified professional valuer.

AI CONDITION ASSESSMENTS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL CONSERVATION REPORTS. AI analysis is based on photographs only and cannot detect structural issues, chemical deterioration, or damage not visible in images. A qualified conservator should be consulted for any conservation decisions.

AI TASTE PROFILES REFLECT ALGORITHMIC PATTERN MATCHING, NOT EXPERT CURATION. Taste profiles are derived from metadata patterns in your collection and may not accurately represent your actual aesthetic preferences, knowledge, or intent.

AI-GENERATED MEMOIRS AND DESCRIPTIONS ARE CREATIVE CONTENT, NOT FACTUAL RECORDS. AI may generate plausible-sounding but incorrect statements. You should review all AI-generated text for accuracy before sharing or relying on it.

AI models can produce errors, hallucinations, biases, and inconsistencies. Outputs may vary between requests even with identical inputs. Atteste does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
